01.Touch and feel, the basis of all education
Many contacts with family, teachers, friends, local people will create a rich sense of humanity. Atsugi Nozomi Kindergarten aims to create an environment where children can interact with as many people as possible. For example, all classrooms and staff rooms are connected to a large corridor that also serves as a playground. The kindergarten building is designed so that all classrooms and staff rooms are connected to a large hallway, which also serves as a playground, without any steps. We also provide opportunities for parents to freely talk with the any staffs and homeroom teachers.
02.Make a Healthy Body
Physical fitness based on sports science is important to develop a healthy body.At Nozomi Kindergarten, a specialized instructor is in charge of physical education.They teach with programs using jumping boxes, mat exercises, iron bars, jump ropes, and so on. Furthermore, familiarity with sports provides an opportunity to learn greetings and obeying rules necessary for social life. Along with improving basic physical fitness, children acquire better lifestyle habits. This is an essential part of early childhood education.
03.English Class
We focus on English programs for children, who are the bearers of the future.Lessons are taught by foreign instructors. We also offer extracurricular English conversation classes. In order to develop a global peeigo spective, it is important for children to be exposed to different cultures from early childhood.
04.Develop Safe and Healthy Habits.
We instruct our students on a daily basis so that they can acquire the knowledge to prevent injuries and accidents as a natural habit. This is because understanding what situations are dangerous can be learned through experience. In particular, we have received high praise from the prefectural government for our traffic safety instruction.
05.Extended Childcare Services
In order to better serve our families, Atsugi Nozomi Kindergarten offers childcare before and after school for our enrolled students. Early morning childcare is available Monday through Friday, beginning at 7:30 am until school begins. Afternoon childcare is available from the time school is dismissed until 6:30 pm. There is a daily rate and a drop-in rate and charges are based on the time that your child is signed in to extended care until picked up. Extended childcare is billed separately from tuition
